Ingredients
- 500g/1.1 lbs minced beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 150g/5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 head lettuce
- 4 pitta breads
Preparation
在碗中将牛肉馅与孜然、香菜、红辣椒、蒜、洋葱和鸡蛋混合。用盐和胡椒调味。搅拌均匀并捏成 8 个小肉丸。在冰箱中硬化一会。在煎锅中热花生油,肉丸每边各炸 2 分钟。放于一旁(保温)。在碗中将酸奶与黄瓜及薄荷混合。用盐和胡椒调味。在烤面包机或烤架下将皮塔饼面包加热。切开并塞入莴苣和 2 个肉丸。舀一小勺酸奶淋在上面。
