Ingredients

- 2 to 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Dash of olive oil
Preparation
用研钵和杵将薄荷叶捣碎。在 100 毫升开水中将糖融化,并倒到薄荷上。拌入醋,并用盐和胡椒调味。如喜欢,可加少量橄榄油。放在一旁。在煎锅中融化黄油。羊排每边各煎 2 分钟。用盐和胡椒调味。配薄荷酱享用。
