亚洲式鸡肉配黄瓜面

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- black pepper, to taste
- chili flakes, to taste
- 1 large cucumber
- Handful of tightly packed fresh mint
- 2 green onions
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 fresh red chilli
- 1 lime
Preparation
在小碗中混合原料制作成佐料,并放在一旁。准备薄荷(撕成小片),切好大葱。用蔬菜刨刨去黄瓜皮。将面条、薄荷和大葱放入碗中,并将佐料倒在上面。轻轻翻动面条,使佐料覆盖其上。上面撒上芝麻,新鲜即食。在大张防油纸上,将鸡肉滚上盐、胡椒和五香。卷起纸,然后用擀面杖将鸡肉拍平成 1 厘米厚。放在热的煎锅上,3 或 4 分钟后翻边,直到略焦并煎透。在略烤焦的鸡肉上淋上蜂蜜,挤上 1 个酸橙汁,撒点芝麻,翻边裹满。
