Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet (weighing around 250g/8.8 oz to 300g/10.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, cut into strips
- 100g/3.5 oz grated Parmesan
- 4 wraps
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 150ml/5.2 fl oz peanut oil
- 100ml/3.5 fl oz natural yogurt
- 3 salted anchovy fillets, chopped
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
将鸡柳切成约 1 厘米厚的小条。在煎锅中热一茶匙黄油,将鸡柳各边煎至金黄或煎透。从锅中取出并冷却一会。凯撒调料:分开蛋黄和蛋白,将蛋黄放入一只深碗中。碾碎蒜瓣,加入蛋黄中。从碗上方挤入柠檬汁,并加入芥末。彻底搅打,逐渐加入花生油。继续搅打,直到混合物转为蛋黄酱,然后拌入酸奶和鳀鱼片。用辣椒面和伍斯特酱调味。放在一旁。冲洗并沥干莴苣。在煎锅中略微加热面卷。每张面卷上放一颗莴苣。将适量鸡肉条摆在中间,撒上少量帕马森干酪,舀上适量凯撒调料。卷起面卷,并用牙签固定。
