Ingredients
- 120g/4.2 oz all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 100g/3.5 oz panko or breadcrumbs
- 500g/1.1 lbs firm white fish fillets (Cod, Red Snapper, Pollack…) cut into strips
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- Salt and pepper
- 170g/6 oz low-fat yogurt
- 60g/2 oz minced pickles or relish
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- Some fresh, finely chopped tarragon, parsley and chives
Preparation
在一个浅盘中混合日式面包糠、盐和胡椒。将面粉倒入另一个浅盘。在碗中打蛋。首先在面粉上盖鱼片。混入打好的鸡蛋,盖上面包糊。将油倒在预热的不粘煎锅中。分批炸鱼酥约 4 分钟,直到变金黄而炸透。配塔塔酱享用美味!塔塔酱制作:混合所有原料即可。
