Ingredients
- 1 large rib-eye steak, trimmed and at room temperature
- 1 tbsp. olive oil for brushing the steak
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- A few sprigs of thyme and rosemary
Preparation
将烤箱预热至 200°C。牛排刷上油,撒上新鲜香草、盐和胡椒。将大号煎锅用中大火加热。放入 2 瓣蒜头。牛排每边煎 3-4 分钟。移至烤箱烘烤,15 分钟后五分熟时翻边。用铝箔宽松地盖住牛排,放在一边,静置约 5 分钟。
