青南瓜炒意面配三文鱼

Ingredients
- 600g/1.3 lbs salmon, cubed
- 2 courgettes / zucchini
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200g/7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- Pinch of paprika
- Pinch of chili powder
- 1/2 organic lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Garnish: Fresh basil
Preparation
腌泡汁:在碗中混合橄榄油、蒜、红辣椒粉、辣椒粉和磨碎的柠檬皮。用盐和胡椒调味。将腌泡汁倒在三文鱼块上,腌制数分钟。同时,用蔬菜刨将青南瓜一片片刨入“意面”中。在煎锅中热花生油。将青南瓜意面和蒜蓉一起煮 2 分钟,直到变成透明状。用盐和胡椒调味并从锅中取出。放在一旁。在同一口锅中煮三文鱼 3-4 分钟,煮至柔嫩。从锅中取出三文鱼,并小煮一会圣女果。将所有原料放回锅中,用大火加热一会。用新鲜紫苏点缀。
