白酒蛤蜊意面

Ingredients
- 1kg/2.2 lbs clams
- 500g/1.1 lbs spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 3 shallots, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bunch flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
- pepper
Preparation
沖洗蛤蜊數次,直到去除所有沙礫。根據包裝上的說明將意面煮至有嚼勁。在煎鍋中熱油。將蔥蒜炒至透明色。加入蛤蜊,蓋上鍋蓋,煮幾分鐘,直到蛤蜊開殼。撒上歐芹。沖洗意面並與蛤蜊混合。用胡椒調味。
