希臘漢堡配優酪乳

Ingredients
- 500g/1.1 lbs minced beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 bunch coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 150g/5.3 oz Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 head lettuce
- 4 pitta breads
Preparation
在碗中將牛肉餡與孜然、香菜、紅辣椒、蒜、洋蔥和雞蛋混合。用鹽和胡椒調味。攪拌均勻並捏成 8 個小肉丸。在冰箱中硬化一會。在煎鍋中熱花生油,肉丸每邊各炸 2 分鐘。放於一旁(保溫)。在碗中將優酪乳與黃瓜及薄荷混合。用鹽和胡椒調味。在烤麵包機或烤架下將皮塔餅麵包加熱。切開並塞入萵苣和 2 個肉丸。舀一小勺優酪乳淋在上面。
