肋眼牛排

Ingredients
- 1 large rib-eye steak, trimmed and at room temperature
- 1 tbsp. olive oil for brushing the steak
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- A few sprigs of thyme and rosemary
Preparation
將烤箱預熱至 200°C。牛排刷上油,撒上新鮮香草、鹽和胡椒。將大號煎鍋用中大火加熱。放入 2 瓣蒜頭。牛排每邊煎 3-4 分鐘。移至烤箱烘烤,15 分鐘後五分熟時翻邊。用鋁箔寬鬆地蓋住牛排,放在一邊,靜置約 5 分鐘。
